Head of Social Production & Content

Location: London — Hybrid
Salary: £80,000+ DOE, plus performance bonus
Reports to: Directors

About the Business

We are working with one of the UK’s leading talent management businesses, representing some of the country’s most recognised personalities across television, entertainment, sport, and digital media. As the creator economy continues to develop, the business is expanding beyond traditional talent management and brand partnerships. Its ambition is to help creators build scalable businesses, valuable intellectual property, and sustainable, recurring revenue streams.

To support this growth, the business is launching a dedicated Ventures Division and is looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Ventures to build and lead it.

The Role

This is a senior commercial leadership position for someone who understands how to turn creators, audiences, and ideas into successful businesses.

  • Working closely with the Directors, Talent Agents, and Commercial Team, you will identify and develop new venture opportunities across consumer products, media, publishing, memberships, subscriptions, licensing, commerce, and live experiences.
  • You will take ownership of opportunities from initial concept and commercial assessment through to launch, growth, and performance management.
  • You will also establish the strategy, partnerships, systems, and operating model required to build a successful Ventures Division.

This is not a traditional social media, marketing, or talent management role. It requires a commercially focused leader with a proven track record of launching and scaling creator-led ventures, digital brands, or new business initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
