POSITION PURPOSE

This role is responsible for designing, coordinating and driving the build-out of the UK Solutions offering, with a particular focus on developing a three-tier MPS proposition over time. The role will lead cross-functional workstreams, align internal stakeholders and support the sales teams in taking new solutions to market across the UK & Ireland.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic development and delivery of the UK solutions platform, including the three-tier MPS proposition over time (design, positioning, governance and rollout).
  • Own and coordinate internal workstreams (Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, Technology, Multi-Asset Solutions, UK Distribution) to define requirements, build processes and secure approvals.
  • Develop and maintain a structured business plan for solutions growth, including commercial targets, pipeline tracking and progress reporting to senior management.
  • Build and document scalable operational and administrative frameworks (on-boarding, reporting, platform/ACD relationships, data flows, BAU processes and oversight).
  • Act as central point of contact for UK & Ireland client-facing teams on the solutions offering, supporting them with training, materials, client planning and complex opportunity management.
  • Lead / co-lead client and prospect meetings where solutions and MPS are the primary focus, clearly articulating the proposition, implementation steps and ongoing service model.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop targeted collateral and digital content to support the solutions strategy.
  • Maintain strong understanding of UK intermediary/regulatory developments relevant to solutions and MPS and translate these into practical implications for TRP’s business and clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong level of internal stakeholder management, including frequent in-person engagement, cross-functional coordination, and relationship management with key stakeholders based in London.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
