Position Overview:
This senior leadership role is responsible for procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance across BGA’s global network. The Head of Sourcing & Supply Chain will lead transformational improvements, enhance operational efficiency, strengthen supplier relationships, and support BGA’s continued growth in the automotive aftermarket.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy to support operational and commercial growth.
- Oversee procurement, supplier management, and cost optimisation across global markets.
- Manage demand planning, inventory, and material flow across the business.
- Drive efficiency in logistics, warehousing, and international distribution.
- Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and automotive industry standards.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing supply chain team.
About You:
- Senior supply chain leadership experience in automotive, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
- Strong background in procurement, logistics, forecasting, and supplier performance.
- Skilled in ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive leader with a continuous improvement mindset.
