Head of Store Visual Merchandising | Fashion Retail | Central London | Salary up to £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Are you an experienced Head of Store Visual Merchandising, Senior Visual Merchandiser, or Visual Merchandising Manager looking for your next challenge with a leading fashion retailer?

We're recruiting an exceptional Head of Store Visual Merchandising to join a trend-led fashion brand in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the visual direction of a flagship store, leading a talented team to deliver inspiring customer experiences while driving commercial performance.

This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with strong commercial awareness and thrives in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

The Role

As Head of Store Visual Merchandising, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class visual standards, implementing seasonal campaigns, and ensuring the store consistently reflects the brand's identity. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll lead, coach and inspire your Visual Merchandising team while using sales insights to maximise performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the Visual Merchandising team to deliver exceptional standards every day.
  • Execute the brand's visual merchandising strategy across the flagship store.
  • Ensure all visual displays, window schemes and in-store presentations are commercially focused and on-brand.
  • Create inspiring seasonal launches and promotional displays that drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Retail Operations to deliver key commercial campaigns.
  • Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour and KPIs to optimise product placement and store layouts.
  • Support new store openings, refits, relocations and concept launches where required.
  • Identify emerging fashion and retail trends to keep the customer experience fresh and relevant.
  • Conduct regular floor walks, coach teams and maintain outstanding visual standards.
  • Develop visual merchandising guidelines, training materials and best practice across the business.

About You

You'll be an experienced Visual Merchandising leader with a passion for fashion retail and a proven ability to combine creativity with commercial results.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience as a Head of Visual Merchandising, Visual Merchandising Manager, Senior Visual Merchandiser, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong people management experience, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make impactful visual decisions.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A passion for fashion trends, customer experience and delivering exceptional retail standards.
  • Experience within fashion, premium, lifestyle or trend-led retail.
