Company Description

PillTime simplifies the management of multiple medications by delivering prescription medicines pre-sorted by dose and time in clearly labeled pouches, with no delivery fees. This approach helps patients and caregivers save time, improve adherence, and reduce stress and uncertainty around ordering medication. PillTime Online offers a convenient digital service that supports better daily routines and safer medication use. In addition, PillTime Hub & Spoke is a partnership model that enables community pharmacies to outsource their monitored dosage system (MDS) dispensing, expanding capacity and efficiency across the pharmacy network.

Role Description

The Head Of Strategic Development And Project Delivery is a full-time, on-site role based in Bristol. This role leads PillTime’s strategic planning and execution, translating business objectives into clear roadmaps and deliverable projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The position involves:

  • Establishing and refining processes for project management
  • Tracking performance metrics
  • Reporting progress and risks to senior leadership

The role also requires:

  • Building strong internal and external partnerships
  • Driving continuous improvement across operations
  • Supporting innovation in both the Online and Hub & Spoke services

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, or transformation leadership within healthcare, pharmacy, or related sectors.
  • Strong project and program management capabilities, including governance, risk management, resource allocation, and delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders at all levels, and communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience with process improvement, operational efficiency, and change management in fast-growing or scaling organizations.
  • Relevant academic background, such as a degree in business, healthcare management, operations, or a related field; advanced qualifications (e.g., MBA, professional project management certifications) are beneficial.
  • Comfort with data-driven decision-making, performance measurement, and using digital tools and analytics to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Commitment to patient safety, quality of service, and collaborative working with community pharmacy and healthcare partners.
