Company Description

Seatunique.com is a venture-backed premium live experiences marketplace that has raised £41.5M from investors including Nickleby Capital, Hearst Ventures, and Active Partners. As Europe’s leading platform for official VIP hospitality and sports travel, they aggregate over £150M in inventory across 150+ countries for global sports and culture events.

Job Description

As Head of Strategic Insights, you will build and own the analytical foundation for Seatunique.com’s group-level unit economics. You will move past ad hoc reporting to create a rigorous, first-principles framework for CAC, LTV, and contribution margins that withstands intense institutional due diligence while partnering with leadership to drive strategic growth.

Location

London, UK

Why this role is remarkable

  • Gain high-level visibility by reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer and defending strategic metrics to the Board and institutional investors.
  • Join a high-growth scale-up following a recent £20M funding round, backed by prominent investors like Pentland Ventures and The Players Fund.
  • Take full ownership of the group's "source of truth," shaping how a complex, supply-led marketplace defines its success and financial future.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You Will Do

  • Build a first-principles framework for unit economics, including supply vs demand-side metrics and cohort-level contribution margins.
  • Pressure-test the group’s financial narratives to ensure they hold up under the same scrutiny as professional due diligence teams.
  • Directly manage a Strategic Insights Analyst while personally handling complex modeling to ensure the highest level of analytical rigour.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven experience in marketplace or platform economics, with hands-on expertise modeling supply-led CAC, LTV, and liquidity.
  • Strong background in institutional due diligence, likely from a venture capital, private equity, or strategic finance environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the professional confidence to challenge senior leadership on metric defensibility under commercial pressure.
