Job Summary
The successful role holder will be able to support and drive P&C Operations to:
- Improve operational efficiency and cost performance, and most importantly improve our Turn Around Times
- Increase scalability and consistency of delivery in line with our global growth ambitions
- Launch operational frameworks and governance allowing us to continually measure, adapt, and improve
- Demonstrate a proven track history in successful delivery of initiatives
