Head of Strategic Partnerships
In this new role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow and maintain relationships with our most important partners. You will lead a team of Strategic Account Managers and collaborate closely with various internal departments to ensure the success of key accounts and the growth of the Baxi brands.
The role will focus on the following key areas:
- Develop and implement a set of trading terms for each Strategic Partner, designed to incentivize and accelerate the growth of the Baxi brand across all relevant product areas. These terms should align with the company's strategic objectives and contribute to building long-term partnerships with key clients as well as demonstrably growing the share of Baxi sales within our partners business.
- Oversee the creation of comprehensive trading plans that support the trading terms and build momentum for the Baxi brand within each of our strategic customers. Collaborate closely with senior leaders of each customer organisation to ensure alignment of trading plans with their business objectives and priorities.
- Be recognized as the strategic advisor to senior leaders of strategic customers, providing insights and recommendations on how to effectively promote and sell Baxi products within their organisations. Foster strong relationships at the executive level to drive mutual growth and success.
- Act as a mentor and coach to develop the skillset of the Strategic Account Management team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Provide guidance and support to team members in areas such as account management best practices, negotiation strategies, and effective communication.
- Serve as the foremost advocate and exponent of commercial awareness, negotiation, planning, forecasting, and the delivery of growth for the Baxi brand. Demonstrate expertise in these areas through exemplary leadership and execution, setting the standard for excellence within the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have the following key skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or significant, demonstrable, proven track record of experience within a similar role
- Great leadership skills, with experience leading and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex account plans.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
- Experience working with Merchant Groups and Distribution partners serving the HVAC industry or similar preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed
