Head of Strategic Partnerships
Location: Open across the UK
Travel & Office Presence: This is a highly visible leadership role requiring regular in-person engagement with the team. Weekly office attendance (London or Cardiff) is expected, together with monthly team days and quarterly overnight offsites.

Within our Business Services vertical, we offer a multitude of solutions focused on helping businesses of all sizes drive higher revenue growth, maximize operational efficiencies, and improve customer experience. Our solutions help customers solve complex problems in the areas of Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing, Identity Authentication & Verification, Fraud and Credit Risk Mitigation, and Customer Data Management.
About the Team
The Strategic Partnerships & Alliances team is responsible for growing revenue through a network of strategic partners, consultancies, software integrators, resellers and technology providers. The team works collaboratively across the business to develop new routes to market, strengthen partner relationships and create new business opportunities.
About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead and develop our Strategic Partnerships team.
This newly created leadership role sits between senior commercial leadership and the existing management team. You'll be responsible for translating strategy into execution, driving revenue growth, improving forecasting accuracy, and creating a high-performing, accountable sales organisation.
This is an ideal opportunity for a leader who combines strategic thinking with strong commercial execution and enjoys developing teams, driving operational excellence and delivering results.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Strategic Partnerships team.
- Translate commercial strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and alliance relationships.
- Own forecasting, pipeline management and performance tracking.
- Create accountability and discipline across the team.
- Coach managers and team leaders to maximise performance.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Strategy teams to deliver commercial objectives.
- Drive adoption and effective use of Salesforce, Gong and other sales technologies.
- Use data and insights to identify risks, opportunities and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong sales leadership experience within a partnerships, alliances or commercial leadership environment.
- Experience developing strategy and translating it into successful execution.
- Proven success leading managers and high-performing teams.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management and revenue-planning capability.
- Experience using CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced and highly competitive environment.
