Head of Strategy & Development
Are you an experienced strategic leader looking to shape the future growth of an established corporate accommodation business?
We’re working with an established provider within the corporate accommodation sector that is looking to appoint a Head of Strategy & Development. This is a senior-level position focused on developing and delivering the company’s growth strategy, identifying new markets and revenue opportunities, and strengthening its position across the corporate accommodation landscape.
You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team, combining strategic planning with hands-on commercial development to help shape the next stage of the business.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the company’s short and long-term growth strategy.
- Identifying new markets, service opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams.
- Evaluating market trends, competitor activity and changing client requirements to support strategic decision-making.
- Building relationships with key corporate clients, partners, suppliers and industry stakeholders.
- Developing business cases and commercial proposals for new initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Working across sales, operations and leadership teams to turn strategic plans into deliverable projects.
- Monitoring the commercial performance of strategic initiatives and recommending changes where required.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Senior strategy, business development or commercial leadership experience within corporate accommodation, serviced apartments, extended stay, relocation or a closely related sector.
- A strong understanding of the corporate accommodation market and its client base.
- Experience developing and executing growth strategies.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to assess opportunities, risks and potential returns.
- Experience developing senior-level client and strategic partnership relationships.
- The ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, taking ideas from initial concept through to implementation.
