I'm supporting a leading UK university with the appointment of an experienced Head of Student Hub & Operations.
This is a leadership role overseeing a large, busy, student-facing operation, with responsibility for a range of frontline and specialist student support services.

I'm looking for an experienced Higher Education leader with a strong background in:
- Leading large, complex student-facing services
- Managing managers and sizeable operational teams
- Working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Service transformation and continuous improvement
- Student systems and digital/case management environments
- Complex case management and operational decision-making
