Head of Studio – Majcherczyk Digital
Majcherczyk Digital is looking for a passionate and ambitious Head of Studio to help shape the future of our creative company.
Our vision is simple: we believe everyone should have the opportunity to create and share stories. We want to help remove barriers to filmmaking by bringing together talented people, supporting emerging voices, and creating opportunities for creatives to turn ideas into reality.
We are a UK-based production company focused on producing original films and supporting ambitious creative projects from concept through to completion.
We are currently developing a new live-action studio original short film and are looking for someone who wants to take an active role in helping build Majcherczyk Digital from the ground up.
This is not simply a production role. We are looking for someone who believes in our vision, wants to represent the company, and is excited by the opportunity to help create a new independent production company.
As Head of Studio, you will help champion Majcherczyk Digital’s vision, build relationships with creatives and collaborators, support the development of productions, and help establish the foundations for future projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
