Essential Experience
- substantial experience of teaching MFL at secondary level
- a track record of excellence in examination outcomes at all Key Stages
- successful experience of turning theory into practice
- experience of leading innovative curriculum and pedagogical development
- effective relationships with students, parents and staff, commanding their confidence
