Your New Company

An internationally recognised premium media and content brand is embarking on an exciting new phase of growth, with significant investment focused on expanding its subscription business. With a highly engaged global audience and a reputation for quality, creativity and independent thinking, the business is looking for an ambitious commercial leader to drive subscriber growth and help shape the future of its recurring revenue function.

Your New Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Head of Subscriber Growth will take ownership of one of the organisation's most important commercial priorities: growing its global subscriber base. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for acquisition, retention and renewal strategies across print and digital subscription products.

You will lead initiatives to improve conversion, optimise pricing and propositions, reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value. Working closely with marketing, editorial, digital and customer teams, you will develop and execute growth strategies across email, onsite and paid channels while building a data-driven culture of testing, learning and continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
