Head of Supplier Quality Assurance

At Aston Martin, every vehicle we create represents an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship, innovation and performance. Behind every detail, every component and every customer experience sits a global network of suppliers whose quality standards must match our own.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of that challenge.

As Head of Supplier Quality Assurance, you will lead the team responsible for ensuring the quality, capability and readiness of our supplier network across the entire vehicle lifecycle. From future technologies and concept development through to production launch and beyond, your influence will be felt across every programme and every product that wears the Aston Martin wings.

Leading a talented team of Supplier Quality professionals, you will shape the strategy, processes and governance that underpin supplier excellence. Working alongside senior leaders across Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing and Programme Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring suppliers are capable, resilient and ready to deliver against the ambitions of one of the world's most iconic luxury brands.

This is far more than a quality leadership role. It is an opportunity to influence sourcing decisions, shape supplier partnerships, drive industrialisation readiness and build long-term capability across a complex global supply network. You will be at the centre of critical business decisions, providing strategic leadership and clear direction that enables successful programme delivery while protecting the exceptional standards our customers expect.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
