Head of Supply Chain and Fulfilment (fully remote)

Contract: Long-term contract

Salary: £170 - £230 GBP per day gross, depending on experience

Who are we?

We are representing a young successful British scale up providing the highest quality, eco-friendly and beautifully designed promotional merchandise to top brands around the world.

We are a responsible, digital-native challenger brand, changing the world by giving businesses a better alternative to wasteful promotional spend: our highest-quality, reusable products are built to delight. Our ambition is to become the world’s leading provider of high-quality, eco-friendly promotional items — replacing the staggering volume of low-quality cheap plastic giveaways produced each year.

We’re building a team of world-class, remote-first professionals, empowered to do the best work of their careers - while making a meaningful dent to the climate crisis.

The Position

Our flagship products are reusable water bottles and reusable coffee cups, customised for brands - with their own logos and bespoke designs.

The Head of Supply Chain & Fulfilment is a senior, hands-on leadership role at a pivotal stage of our growth. Reporting directly to the directors, you’ll take full ownership of how our supply chain and fulfilment function performs day to day — and help design it to scale into the future.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
