About the Role
Here at Haier Europe (Candy, Hoover, Haier) our ambition is simple; to be the number one Domestic Appliance and Smart Home business in the UK and Ireland. As we grow our business, we are now looking for a new Head of Supply Chain and Logistics Operations who will be accountable for the safe, efficient and commercially effective operation of the UK and ROI warehousing and logistics network.
Responsibilities
As Head of Supply Chain and Logistics Operations, you'll be accountable for the safe, efficient and commercially effective operation of the UK and ROI warehousing and logistics network. Working closely with third-party providers, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you'll ensure operational performance, inventory accuracy, customer experience and cost efficiency are delivered in line with business objectives.
You'll provide direction across warehouse operations, inventory management, third-party logistics partnerships and operational compliance, creating an environment focused on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. You'll play a critical role in driving operational performance across the wider Demand to Delivery function, working closely with Supply Chain, Transport, Order to Delivery, Commercial and Finance teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and support future business growth.

Requirements
With demonstrable experience gained in a UK and ROI operations role (including Supply Chain, Warehouse, Import, Transport, Order Management and Final Mile Delivery) you’ll have experience of international freight, 3PL, pallet, and container management. With a financial understanding of P&L and operations impact, you’ll have experience leading, coaching and developing managers and teams within a logistics, warehousing or supply chain environment. You’ll have a collaborative approach, capable of persuading and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.

You’ll be based at our Birchwood Park office (WA3 6XG) with hybrid working available (3 days office/2 days home). You’ll also be required to travel to sites across the UK and ROI.
