Head of Supply Chain Finance
London | Up to £125,000 + 15% Bonus + Benefits
A leading international consumer products business is seeking a Global Head of Supply Chain Finance to join its senior finance leadership team.
This is a high-profile leadership role supporting a complex international operating network across multiple regions. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leaders across operations, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics to drive performance, support key investment decisions, and deliver strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and long-term value creation.
The role offers significant exposure to executive stakeholders and the opportunity to influence operational strategy across a large-scale international business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across operational functions including manufacturing, procurement, and logistics.
- Drive financial performance across a complex operational network, identifying risks, opportunities, and productivity initiatives.
- Partner with senior operational leaders to improve efficiency, inventory performance, and cash optimization.
- Provide financial leadership on sourcing decisions, operational improvement programs, and strategic cost analysis.
- Evaluate major capital investment projects, including manufacturing, automation, and operational improvement initiatives.
- Lead business performance reviews, providing actionable insight and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Develop reporting, analytics, and dashboard capabilities to support commercial and operational decision-making.
- Drive consistency, governance, and best practice across finance teams supporting operational functions.

Experience Required
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Significant experience within Supply Chain Finance, Operations Finance, Manufacturing Finance, or Commercial Finance.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, inventory, procurement, and operational cost drivers.
- Experience partnering with senior operational and business stakeholders.
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and business partnering.
- Experience supporting capital investment decisions, business cases, and strategic transformation projects.
- Experience operating within a large, complex business environment.
- Strong analytical and commercial capability, with the ability to translate data into strategic insight.
