Head of Supply Chain

D2C subscription challenger brand

📍London/Hybrid (2 days in the office)
💸£95,000 - £120,000 + bonus

Ignite are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing D2C subscription brand to appoint a Head of Supply Chain as they continue their impressive growth journey. Following exceptional early success and a rapidly expanding customer base, the business is entering an exciting new phase of scale, with ambitious plans to broaden its global presence.

You will take responsibility for global supply planning, co-manufacturing relationships, ingredient and packaging sourcing, capacity planning, NPD readiness, inventory accuracy, 3PL performance, cost management and the development of scalable processes that support international expansion. You will also lead and develop a team ensuring strong performance, capability building and operational excellence across the function.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in FMCG supply chain leadership, ideally through significant scale-up phases (ÂŁ20M to ÂŁ80M+)
  • Strong capability in production planning, forecasting and material management
  • Experience managing co-manufacturers, international suppliers and 3PL partners
  • Strong commercial mindset, experience in cost control, COGS optimisation and margin management
  • Confident working cross-functionally and influencing at senior level
  • Highly organised, process-driven and solutions-focused
  • Experience leading a team and building a high-performing supply chain function
