Head of Supply Chain

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and organised individual to join our dynamic team as Head of Supply Chain, based at our Head Office in Rosehill with requirement to travel. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded leader to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain across our Retail division, ensuring product availability, inventory management, and distribution networks are aligned to customer needs and business objectives.

The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting the rural and agricultural sector and will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service through a resilient, efficient, and cost-effective supply chain. Working across a multi-site network, you will lead initiatives that drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth while ensuring the highest standards of service and compliance are maintained.

About Us

Every day we provide rural and agricultural communities with the support they need to succeed. Whether they are after a healthier herd or flock, increased yields, faster growth rates, a decent return on their land or even just a helping hand. We have the people, products, and services to help our customers get from where they are now to where they want to be. This is why every role at Carr's Billington is hugely important to our shared success and why we welcome talent from across all different backgrounds to work across our retail, feed, machinery, fuel and central support divisions.

Carr's Billington Agriculture is a subsidiary company of The Billington Group, who are also the proud owner of Criddle & Co. and English Provender Company

The Job

As our Head of Supply Chain, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain operation across our Retail division, ensuring products are available where and when our customers need them. You will be responsible for driving the efficient movement of goods, optimising inventory levels, and enhancing distribution performance across our network. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will provide strategic leadership to develop a resilient, cost-effective supply chain that consistently delivers excellent customer service and supports business growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
