A Chartered Independent Financial Planning firm in London is looking to appoint a Head of Support & Development.
This is a spectacular opportunity for an experienced leader to take an already strong support function and turn it into a genuine “centre of excellence.”
We are looking for someone to lead a team of around 13 people, made up of approximately 7 Paraplanners and 6 Client Relationship Managers, having real freedom to shape how the teams operate, how people are mentored and developed, and what progression looks like.

A key part of this role will be creating clear development pathways across the support function, including the longer-term ambition of building a future academy for Administrators and Paraplanners and helping to develop the next generation of financial planning talent.

They are looking for an experienced leader from a Paraplanning / Financial Planning background, ideally with experience managing and developing Paraplanners. Chartered status and experience within the HNW/UHNW space would be highly desirable.
