About SILVER

SILVER is building AI infrastructure for regulated professional work.

Our core method is SI-LV-ER - Structured Intake, Linked Values, Extracted Reports: capturing professional evidence in a structured way, retaining the link between evidence and judgement, and producing a professional report for review and sign-off.

Our first deployment is Silver Survey, built for RICS residential surveying.

We are shortly to close a Pre-Seed investment round following a successful technical proof of concept.

Your Role

We are looking for a Head of Surveying to become the professional authority behind Silver Survey.

The role combines:

  • professional standards;
  • product development;
  • customer trials;
  • senior business development

You will work directly with the founders to make sure Silver Survey reflects how good residential surveying is practised, while also helping firms understand and adopt the product.

What you will do

You will:

  • translate RICS standards and surveying practice into product requirements;
  • help define where AI should and should not operate in the workflow;
  • test Silver Survey against real Level 2 and Level 3 cases;
  • establish professional QA and review standards;
  • work with customers through trials and early adoption;
  • meet firm owners, directors and senior surveyors;
  • help convert successful trials into paid usage;
  • develop relationships with RICS, insurers, surveying networks and other industry stakeholders;
  • help position Silver Survey as home-buying reform develops.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
