Role: Head of ESG Reporting

Reporting Line: ESG Director
About the Role
Seeking an experienced Head of ESG Reporting to lead the development and delivery of ESG reporting across our international Group. This senior position will be responsible for establishing the Group-wide ESG reporting approach, overseeing governance, managing reporting cycles, and ensuring accurate, consistent, and transparent ESG disclosures across multiple business entities.
The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, Commercial, Compliance, Sustainability, and operational teams to deliver robust, assurance-ready ESG information that meets regulatory, client, lender, corporate, and Board requirements.

- ESG Disclosure & Reporting Delivery:
- Lead the preparation and submission of ESG disclosures in line with recognised frameworks, including:
- CSRD and ESRS
- GRI
- ISSB
- CDP
- SECR
- ESOS
- EU Taxonomy
- CBAM
- Manage Group-wide Scope 1, Scope 2, and relevant Scope 3 emissions reporting.
- Ensure ESG information is accurate, consistent, and supported by appropriate evidence.
- Deliver reporting outputs for internal leadership, clients, lenders, insurers, corporate stakeholders, and external audiences.

Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- A degree or equivalent professional experience in Sustainability, ESG, Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in ESG, sustainability, or non-financial reporting within a multinational or multi-entity organisation.
- Proven experience managing a Group-level ESG reporting framework and annual reporting process.
- Strong technical knowledge of ESG reporting standards, including CSRD, ESRS, GRI, ISSB, CDP, SECR, ESOS, EU Taxonomy, and CBAM.
- Experience applying the GHG Protocol to Scope 1, Scope 2, and relevant Scope 3 emissions reporting.
- Experience consolidating ESG data across multiple countries, entities, systems, and reporting periods.
- Strong understanding of reporting governance, internal controls, assurance processes, and audit requirements.
- Experience using ESG reporting platforms, data tools, dashboards, and automation solutions.
