Fractional Head of Talent

General & Technology Recruitment, Little Emperors

Little Emperors is a private luxury travel club built on technology, human expertise and global partnerships. As the business grows, we are looking for a fractional Head of Talent to lead recruitment across the business. Technology recruitment, covering engineering, product and data, is the largest and most complex part of the remit, alongside general hiring across commercial, operational and support roles. Whatever the role, we want the same proactive pipeline building and commercial rigour behind every hire.

The Role

This is a fractional, self-directed role for an experienced recruiter with real depth in technology hiring, who can hit the ground running. We are not able to offer extensive onboarding or close day-to-day management, so it suits someone who already knows how to build a hiring function and needs the space, not the structure, to do it well. You will own the full recruitment cycle across the business, with technology roles as the primary focus, from briefing hiring managers through to sourcing, negotiating and closing.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
