Ingenia Global Partners

Ingenia Global Partners brings together a fast-growing portfolio of 15 high-performing, specialist recruitment businesses, each with its own identity, specialism and culture united by a shared ambition to build the best talent-led businesses in the industry.

By combining shared infrastructure, technology, leadership, and operational expertise, we help each partner business grow faster, diversify further, and build lasting value.

As we grow, so does our need for exceptional people. That's where you come in, to build the function that will underpin our next phase.

The role

We're looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition who genuinely understands recruitment because you'll be recruiting for all our partner businesses. This is a specialist, relationship-led role for someone who has lived and breathed the recruitment industry and knows what exceptional talent, managers, and leaders in the industry look like.

You'll work together with the CEOs across the portfolio to understand their growth plans, operate proactively in anticipating their hiring needs, and identify and nurture the best people in their respective markets to shape the future of their businesses. You'll also have a wider lens across the whole portfolio, identifying talent that might not be right for one business but could be the perfect fit for another.

The relationships and market insight you build will make you one of the best-connected recruitment talent experts in the industry and a source of intelligence on where the next acquisition opportunities might come from.

While senior-level hiring will be your primary focus, you'll also support hiring at all levels across the portfolio as needed.

What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with CEOs: Working closely with the leadership of all 15 businesses to understand their hiring priorities, team gaps, and growth ambitions, and translating those into proactive talent plans
  • Market mapping: Building and maintaining a live, structured view of senior-level talent across the recruitment sector, who's who, who's moving, and who would be excellent additions to the businesses
  • Relationship building: Building credible relationships quickly, growing a strong network across the recruitment industry and becoming a trusted adviser on people's careers within that network
  • Cross-portfolio matchmaking: Knowing when a great person you've met isn't right for the business you originally had in mind but is exactly what another one of the other portfolio businesses needs
  • Running a structured process: Keeping yourself and your pipeline organised, disciplined, and on track, with all leads being treated warmly and effectively managed, and bringing both pace and commitment to providing an excellent candidate experience
  • Acquisition intelligence: Using the strength of your network and the conversations you have to spot early signs of businesses or teams that could be a fit for future M&A activity and feeding that back to the leadership team
  • Brand ambassador: Positively managing the communication and messaging for Ingenia and all portfolio partner brands to be recognised as leaders in their respective market sectors
  • Travel across the portfolio: Regularly visiting our 15 recruitment businesses to build relationships with their leaders and teams in person, alongside weekly time in our London office

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
