Description

Would you like to set up a Talent Acquisition function working for our iconic brand? This is an exciting new role in the Twinings’ HR team with responsibility for designing, implementing, and leading the new in-house Talent Acquisition approach for all Twinings’ businesses and functions based in the UK.

If you are searching for a career with bags of variety, in an environment that celebrates differences and empowers collaboration, which values individuals and will encourage you to make an impact, that gives you the freedom to explore, and the opportunities to find new ways and to innovate...TwiningsOvo delivers.

We’re looking for people who don’t just come here to get the job done, but who have a real passion for the brand and a desire to do the best job they can. The role holder will be responsible for the design and implementation of all aspects of talent acquisition in the UK to ensure the talent pipeline delivers the talent and capabilities required for ongoing business success.

Your Talent Acquisition contribution will cover both the UK & Ireland and International Markets business units, as well as our International Functions: Tea Supply Chain & Andover Supply Centre, HR, Finance, International Marketing & NPD, BizTech and Social Impact.

Whilst the majority of the Talent Acquisition will be for UK-based roles, there is the scope to extend your contribution to the overseas locations covered by our International Markets team including India, Nigeria, Brazil, and Italy.

In time, if successful, this role has the potential to be expanded to cover our non-UK businesses.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
