We are partnering with a global, FTSE 100 consumer-led organisation to appoint a Head of TA Transformation.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, this is a newly created, high-impact role responsible for transforming how Talent Acquisition operates globally - leveraging technology, AI, data and operating model design to build a more efficient, scalable and future-focused function. This is an opportunity for a transformation-led TA professional who can operate strategically while also driving complex programmes from concept through to implementation across a large, international organisation.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global Talent Acquisition transformation roadmap, aligned with the wider TA strategy and business priorities
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate TA processes across markets
- Lead the adoption and implementation of AI, automation and emerging recruitment technologies, identifying where these can improve efficiency, quality and candidate experience
- Review and optimise the global TA technology ecosystem, including ATS, CRM, sourcing, assessment and AI-enabled tools
- Partner with regional and functional TA leaders to embed global standards while allowing for local market requirements
- Use data, analytics and market insight to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and measure the impact of transformation initiatives
- Lead large-scale change programmes, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, communication and adoption across the global TA community
- Partner closely with HR Technology, People Analytics, Digital and wider business transformation teams
- Act as a thought leader on the future of Talent Acquisition, keeping the organisation ahead of emerging technology, AI and market trends
- Work closely with the Global Head of TA to ensure transformation priorities directly support the wider Talent Acquisition strategy and business objectives

- Senior-level Talent Acquisition experience leading TA transformation, technology or operating model change
- Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes across complex, international organisations
- Strong understanding of modern TA technology, including AI, automation, recruitment platforms, data and digital assessment
- Demonstrable experience redesigning TA processes, operating models and ways of working to improve efficiency and scalability
- Strong programme and change management capability, with the ability to take transformation from strategy through to implementation
- Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of how technology and process optimisation can improve TA performance and reduce cost
- Comfortable operating in a complex, matrixed environment and influencing without direct authority
- Global experience and an understanding of the different cultural and regulatory considerations across international recruitment markets
- A forward-thinking, pragmatic leader who can balance long-term transformation with practical delivery
- Passionate about the future of Talent Acquisition and the opportunities presented by AI and emerging technology.
