Head of Talent, Learning and Development
Circa £80-£90K + Car + Benefits Package
Location: Birmingham - Hybrid
A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Talent, Learning & Development to shape and deliver its talent, leadership and learning strategy during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
This is a rare opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up, creating frameworks, programmes and approaches that will have a lasting impact across the organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will develop leadership capability, strengthen succession planning, establish talent and learning frameworks, and embed a culture of continuous development and high performance.

Role Overview:
I am looking for an inspiring and influential Talent, Learning or Organisational Development leader with the gravitas to operate at executive level and the ability to engage, challenge and inspire stakeholders across a complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent and learning strategy
- Leadership and management development
- Succession planning and talent reviews
- Capability frameworks and workforce development
- Learning governance and effectiveness
- Data, insight and continuous improvement
Requirements:
The successful candidate will bring experience of building leadership capability, delivering organisation-wide transformation and creating sustainable talent practices that drive long-term organisational success. Equally important is a passion for developing people, fostering a positive culture and leaving a lasting legacy through effective learning and talent strategies.
