Head of Talent & Careers

UK | Remote | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Salary: £95,000 - £105,000 + £6.5k car allowance and excellent benefits

My client is a global business looking for an experienced talent leader to drive a progressive talent and careers agenda across a complex, international business.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence talent strategy at an enterprise level, working closely with senior leaders to create an environment where careers are visible, development is intentional, and internal mobility is actively encouraged. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation has the talent, leadership capability and succession strength needed to achieve its future ambitions.

As Head of Talent & Careers, you'll lead the evolution of the organisation's talent, careers and succession approach, helping colleagues take ownership of their development while creating the frameworks, pathways and talent pipelines that support long-term business success. You'll be equally comfortable operating strategically with executive stakeholders and delivering practical initiatives that improve career outcomes across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
