An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent leader to join a globally recognised organisation as Head of Talent Management.

Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will lead the UK talent strategy, partnering with senior leaders to build organisational capability and ensure the business attracts, develops and retains exceptional talent. With one direct report, this is a highly visible role.

The Role

You'll be responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's integrated talent strategy across succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll help build future leadership pipelines, strengthen organisational capability and create an outstanding employee and candidate experience.

  • Develop and deliver the UK talent management strategy.
  • Lead succession planning, leadership development and workforce planning.
  • Drive performance management and organisational capability initiatives.
  • Enhance talent acquisition, employer branding and onboarding.
  • Champion career development, internal mobility and employee experience.
  • Use data and insight to shape talent strategy and support business growth.
  • Embed inclusive talent practices and champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

About You

You'll be a strategic Talent or HR leader with experience developing integrated talent strategies within a complex organisation.

You'll Bring

  • Strong experience in talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
  • A broad HR background with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • A passion for developing people and creating high-performing, inclusive cultures.
