About Us & Your Role

We’re building and scaling high-velocity DTC brands.

In just a few months, we scaled from $0 to $3M MRR and from a team of 3 to a team of ~30.

We’re now pushing toward 9 figures — and building a world-class team of A+ talent that can support, sustain, and accelerate that level of growth.

At this stage, growth is no longer just about products or marketing.

It’s about people.

The next phase of this company will be defined by who we bring in — the quality of talent, the speed at which we hire, and the systems we build around it.

That’s why this role exists.

Right now, recruiting is handled by the founder and a couple managers. There’s no dedicated talent function, no fully built systems, and no structured approach to hiring.

But we’re growing quickly — and we need someone to come in and take full ownership of this.

We’re hiring a Head of Talent to build and run recruitment end-to-end.

This is a true zero-to-one opportunity.

You’ll be responsible for shaping how we identify, attract, and hire top talent across the company — while building the systems and infrastructure that make great hiring consistent and scalable.

You’ll be stepping into a company that is still small, fast-moving, and highly flexible — where your work will directly influence who joins the team and how fast we’re able to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This role is for someone who wants more than just execution.

It’s for someone who wants to build, take ownership, and play a critical role in scaling a company at a pivotal moment.

We’re building something special.

If you want to help shape it, let’s talk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own recruitment end-to-end — ensuring roles are filled quickly with high-quality talent across the company.
  • Build and operate the talent pipeline — consistently sourcing, attracting, and engaging top candidates so hiring is proactive, not reactive.
  • Design and build the recruitment system — creating the processes, workflows, and infrastructure that make hiring fast, repeatable, and scalable.
  • Maintain a high hiring bar — ensuring every hire meets performance expectations and contributes to raising the overall level of the team.
  • Own people and talent initiatives — including foundational HR systems, onboarding processes, and any projects required to support a growing team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Experience working in e-commerce, direct response, agency, or affiliate marketing environments.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through outbound methods (LinkedIn, direct outreach, etc.), not just managing inbound applicants.
  • Experience owning or running the recruitment process end-to-end.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with high expectations and minimal structure.
  • High ownership and self-direction — able to take full responsibility for outcomes, figure things out independently, and build systems without needing constant guidance.

Why Us

  • Performance-Based Incentives: Your impact won’t go unnoticed. High performers are rewarded directly based on results, with strong upside tied to company growth.
  • Work Directly With the Founder: You’ll collaborate closely with the founder and leadership team, with direct input into high-impact decisions.
  • High-Performance Culture: We aim to hire and retain A-players across the board. You’ll play a central role in building that team and maintaining a high bar as we scale.
  • Build From Zero: This is a true 0→1 opportunity. You’ll build and own the entire talent function from scratch, and the people you hire will directly determine how fast and how far we scale.
  • Ownership & Autonomy: You’ll have full control over recruitment and talent — how we hire, who we hire, and how the system is built. No micromanagement.
