About the Role

Hybrid role - home working with travel across the national client estate
Salary plus car, bonus and healthcare

Here at ISS, as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider, we are looking to recruit an established Senior Technical Lead to join our high profile Retail & Corporate Banking contract, where you will act as the Account's Technical Authority across all things Hard FM - M&E, Fabric, Minor works etc.

Leading a Technical Manager and having oversight of engineering delivered by Account team Engineer and from the ISS central mobile engineering function, with a direct relationship to the customer, you will pull together customers capital replacement plans (asset lifecycle) and asset mgmt., Safe Systems or Work, technical compliance, stakeholder management etc into a single clear effective Engineering strategy.

This is a fantastic role for a credible Technical Lead within the Facilities/Estate/Property Management space to join a major Account working for ISS - a leader in the FM space.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the achievement of the critical / key performance indicators and service levels agreements and other associated measures as contracted.
  • Ensure the adherence to the contracts Schedule 1 Service Scope and all Technical deliverables.
  • Represent the account on internal networking forums.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of Client’s business and key factors influencing their requirement for our services.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the Client’s organisation.
  • Be the single point of contact for technical service delivery in the account and as the escalation point for the appointed client stakeholder(s) on the account.
  • Creation & ownership of the client's lifecycle plan that aligns to their strategic needs.
  • Ensuring contractual obligations for R&M and a very high level of technical compliance are met and delivered across the estate.
  • Be responsible for achievement of the agreed financial targets to include budgetary management, revenue, expenses, and aged debts targets for the account.

Requirements

  • Mechanical and/or Electrical qualification plus sound leadership skills, ideally within a more corporate level of contract. Having had P&L responsibility also very useful
