Location: Remote (Greater London area) - meeting in London office, on as needed basis
Working Pattern: Permanent, immediate start date preferred
Holiday: 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays), increasing with service up to 28 days

We are accelerating our digital transformation with a bold AI roadmap at the centre of our strategy and to support this ambition, we’re seeking an experienced Head of Technology Services to lead the delivery, performance and continuous improvement of technology services across the Group. This leadership role is in our Data, Digital & Technology team.
You'll be responsible for service excellence, incident management, supplier coordination, stakeholder engagement and driving a customer-focused technology experience. This role will coordinate with our Technology specialists in data, systems, platforms & architecture, to provide a joined-up experience. Working closely with senior leaders, technology teams and partner firms, you'll ensure services are visible, easy to access and aligned to business needs while championing continuous improvement and service adoption.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Own the end-to-end provision of Technology Services across TC Group, ensuring services are reliable, responsive, well governed and aligned to business priorities.
- Define, monitor and report on SLAs, service performance measures, incident trends, request volumes, resolution times and customer satisfaction.
- Lead incident management processes, ensuring incidents are triaged, prioritised, communicated and resolved effectively, with clear post-incident reviews and improvement actions.
- Lead and coach service-focused colleagues, building a professional, customer-focused culture with clear accountability and development plans.
- Ensure service provision supports M&A integration activity, onboarding newly acquired firms into TC Group technology services in a structured and consistent way.
- Advocate for adoption of TC Group technology services in all the firms that join TC Group.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership in Technology Services or IT Service Management.
- Experience in a professional services sector advantageous.
- Strong experience with SLAs, incident management, service performance and continual improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for improving user experience.
- Experience managing suppliers and working across complex, multi-site organisations.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Ambitious, logistical and service minded
