Head of Tenant Experience | London (Hybrid) + UK Travel

We're not just managing buildings. We're creating experiences.

Working for a privately owned real estate investment company with a growing UK office portfolio, they we believe exceptional tenant experience is what separates good landlords from great ones. Now we're looking for someone to set and lead that vision.

The opportunity

This is a brand-new role, built for someone who wants to leave their mark. You'll design and roll out a portfolio-wide tenant experience strategy from front-of-house hospitality to building standards, community events to tech-enabled engagement. Think hospitality meets property meets community management, with real scope to shape how our buildings feel and function.

What you'll be doing

  • 🎯 Setting the national strategy, including service standards, presentation, and consistency across every asset
  • 🀝 Leading front-of-house teams, training, recognition, and a reception network that raises the bar
  • πŸ—οΈ Setting the standard, audits and improvement plans for everything from wellness facilities to wayfinding
  • πŸŽ‰ Creating community events, partnerships, and perks that make our buildings places people want to be
  • πŸ“Š Proving it works satisfaction surveys, KPIs, and reporting that shows real impact
  • ✈️ Getting out the regular travel across the UK portfolio, meeting tenants and teams face to face

What you'll bring

  • Experience in commercial real estate, flexible workspace, hospitality, or customer experience
  • A track record of raising service standards and tenant/customer satisfaction
  • The influence to bring people together across multiple sites and organisations
  • Energy, creativity, and genuine passion for hospitality
  • Comfort working independently and owning a strategy end to end
