Our Global Structure

Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.

The Team

The UK & Ireland is Deliveroo's most mature market globally. Functions include commercial, operations, and marketing, and teams in the UK&I partner with global departments such as Product, Technology, Consumer, and Restaurants.

Central London is where Deliveroo launched 10 years ago - and is our ‘heartland.’ The region spans from Ealing in the west to Canary Wharf in the east, and from Brixton in the south to Hampstead in the north. Within this region, there is a thriving and diverse restaurant scene with some of the most exciting brands that we work with globally.

We are looking for an exceptional relationship builder to join as Head of Territory Management into our growing team in London. Our Territory teams are on the frontline growing our businesses together where it matters, directly with our partners in their restaurants. We are looking for a strong lead to take the role leading and developing a new team, driving relationships with our best local restaurant partners to new levels of collaboration and partnership with Deliveroo.

The Role

As the Head of Territory Management, you will be responsible for managing a team of Territory managers across London and develop key best local restaurants in the area. You will work closely with the Sales Manager, and the Deliveroo Client partners to drive business performance, optimise operational efficiency, and build strong partnerships with restaurant owners. Your role will be commercially focused, however, you will collaborate with various teams including: operations, sales, marketing, and product to ensure local success across restaurant, customer, and rider metrics. You will define and provide the strategic direction of the team and ensure senior stakeholders are kept informed and updated with on-the-ground knowledge. You will be expected to identify growth opportunities, suggest improvements, flag and proactively mitigate risks, and report back to the business on the status of your territory.

This role requires an individual who can be proactive, autonomous with exceptional relationship management skills, a proactive approach to partnership building, a passion for food, and a willingness to learn about key restaurants and cuisines on the London scene.

The Head of Territory Management will be required to regularly travel around your area to visit partners, and will be based in our London HQ.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
