Salary: Circa £75,000 p/a depending on experience
Contract: Fixed-term contract until 31 March 2029, with a view to extend
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Location: Central London (N1 7JE), with minimum of two days in the office (one of which must be Wednesday)

This is an exciting opportunity to improve bus transport in England by sharing best practice across the industry and improving the skills of those who work within the industry.

You will lead and deliver the development and operation of the Bus Centre of Excellence (BCoE) and will act as the focal point for the BCoE Advisory board and the CIHT/DfT Project board and senior Department for Transport officials.
You will lead business planning for the content and operation of BCoE and will support the BCoE community and will lead a team of five staff.
You will need to be able to work collaboratively across the organisation and will be expected to work with policy, communications, marketing and education colleagues to build our reach and engagement with key audiences.

You will be a professional and hard-working team player who is outgoing, enthusiastic and able to remain calm under pressure.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage own workload with minimal supervision.
