We’re hiring: Head of Ticketing | Queens Park Rangers Football Club

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join QPR as our new Head of Ticketing, reporting directly to the Commercial Director.

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded professional to lead our Ticketing function, manage the day-to-day operation of the Ticket Office and ensure we continue to deliver an excellent experience for our supporters.

The role will have responsibility for:

  • ⚽ Leading and developing the Ticket Office team
  • 🎟️ Driving ticket sales and revenue initiatives
  • 📊 Full P&L responsibility for the Ticketing department
  • 💳 Managing season renewals, general sales and Direct Debit processes
  • 🏟️ Overseeing home and away match ticketing operations
  • 📈 Producing accurate reporting for Commercial and Finance
  • 💙 Delivering consistently excellent customer service to our supporters

💷 Competitive salary + Performance Bonus Scheme

Please note that, due to the nature of football operations, the role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays in line with the Club schedule.
