Millions of employers and staff use Epassi’s digital and mobile solutions to seamlessly redeem employee benefits across our unrivalled merchant network.

Epassi - Wellbeing that works!

Are you interested in joining one of Europe's fastest-growing companies? Do you want to impact the wellbeing of millions of users?

If yes, join us to make an impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you'll define how we pay and reward talent across a fast-growing, multi-market business, build a job architecture and compensation framework that scales with us, and lead our response to EU Pay Transparency requirements.

Epassi's purpose is to boost everyday well-being. We are a leading provider of employee benefit solutions across Europe. We were established in Finland in 2007, and in 2008 we were the first company to launch a mobile-payable employee benefit payment solution in Europe. Since then, we have consistently grown, diversifying our products and introducing our services into new markets.

Epassi has been awarded by the Financial Times as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe on multiple occasions.

We are currently hiring a Head of Total Reward (f/m/d) - hybrid to be based in one of our locations.

Your mission at Epassi

As Head of Total Reward, you'll be the single point of accountability for how Epassi rewards its people, spanning job architecture, compensation, variable pay, benefits and pay transparency for the entire company. This is a pivotal hire at a pivotal moment: we're growing across multiple markets, EU Pay Transparency is coming into force, and our compensation framework needs to scale as fast as we do. You'll work closely with our CPO to shape reward strategy, and with People BPs, Finance and Legal to bring it to life across the business. Over time, you'll build and lead a small team as the function grows with us. The role is hybrid and can be based at any Epassi office in Europe, with occasional travel to other locations.

Your Responsibilities Will Be

  • Iterate and evolve our job architecture framework, including levelling and benchmarking, in line with business growth
  • Automate job levelling and compensation benchmarking so the business always has a live view of our market position
  • Analyse total compensation across IC, people leader and executive team levels at least annually, bringing external market insight into the picture
  • Review benefits options market by market, identify gaps, and propose funding and investment plans
  • Design, build and implement our compensation review end to end, partnering with People BPs on enablement and decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with reward-relevant regulation, such as pay transparency and employment tax, in close partnership with Finance and Legal
  • Build and maintain an AI-backed knowledge base and micro-learnings that help people leaders and employees make confident, informed pay decisions
  • Run employee sessions that bring Epassi's reward philosophy to life

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
