Role Summary

You will own the strategy, design, and evolution of our reward and performance framework, ensuring that how we reward, incentivize, and manage performance directly supports business growth and value creation.

This is a commercially focused role spanning Executive Compensation, LTIP, Performance Management, Sales Incentive Plans, Compensation, Benefits, and Wellbeing.

The role will partner closely with the CPCO, Executive Leadership, and Finance to build scalable, data-driven programs that attract and retain exceptional talent, differentiate high performance, and align employee outcomes with company performance.

Success will be measured not simply by the delivery of programs, but by their impact on performance, talent outcomes, organizational effectiveness, and business results.

Key Responsibilities

Total Rewards Strategy & Business Impact

  • Own and continuously evolve the Total Rewards strategy, ensuring alignment with business strategy, growth ambitions, and talent priorities.
  • Translate business objectives into reward and performance mechanisms that drive accountability, productivity, and value creation.
  • Use internal and external data to evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of reward programs and recommend changes where required.
  • Design and implement scalable reward frameworks appropriate for a high-growth, technology-led organization.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
