Company Description
Beauty Triangle International is a leading UK training provider and distributor dedicated to supporting salon owners and beauty therapists with high-quality education and professional products.
The company focuses on empowering beauty professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional services and build successful, sustainable businesses. Through exclusive partnerships with LYCON Wax and Supercilium, Beauty Triangle International offers access to innovative, industry-recognised brands.
The organisation is committed to setting high standards, driving innovation and fostering excellence across the professional beauty sector.
Role Description
The Head of Training is a full-time, on-site role primarily based at our Haddenham location, with travel required when necessary to deliver training, attend events and support customers.
This is a highly visible role within the business. We are looking for someone who can become the face of our brands when it comes to education – a confident trainer, presenter and brand ambassador who can inspire beauty professionals and communicate the value of LYCON Wax and Supercilium.
The successful candidate will be comfortable delivering education in a variety of formats, from hands-on classroom training and live demonstrations to virtual training sessions, webinars and educational content across social media.
You will need to be confident on camera and comfortable representing the brands publicly, demonstrating treatments and products, sharing professional knowledge and creating engaging educational content that builds awareness, credibility and excitement around our brands.
Alongside education and brand representation, this is also a commercially focused role. We are looking for someone who is sales-driven, target-focused and proactive, with the confidence to prospect for new accounts, build relationships and convert opportunities into sales.
A key part of the day-to-day role will be reaching out to colleges, salons, beauty businesses, academies and other prospective professional accounts to introduce LYCON Wax and Supercilium. You will use your knowledge, personality and training expertise to demonstrate the value of the brands, develop relationships and ultimately convert prospects into new customers.
We are looking for someone with energy, confidence and a genuine can-do attitude who enjoys being visible, connecting with people and taking ownership of opportunities from the first conversation through to training, account opening and ongoing brand support.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
