If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

LYCON is one of the world’s leading professional waxing brands, trusted by salons, spas and therapists around the world.

Beauty Triangle International, the home of LYCON UK, is looking for an enthusiastic, confident and commercially minded Head of Training & Brand Ambassador to lead our UK education programme and become a key face of the LYCON brand.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to combine their expertise in beauty and waxing with training, leadership, content creation, sales and business development.

The Role

This is a varied, exciting and rewarding position combining education, brand representation, business development, sales and customer support.

Based primarily at our Haddenham office, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the LYCON UK Training Department, coordinate training schedules and support our network of field trainers.

You will also deliver professional training courses, host workshops and demonstrations, represent LYCON at exhibitions and industry events, create engaging educational and social media content, and help grow our training division through new business development.

When office based, you will also support our wider sales team through telesales, customer service and order processing, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.

This role would suit someone ambitious who enjoys taking ownership, thrives on variety and wants the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training schedules and oversee and support our team of field trainers.
  • Deliver engaging practical and theory-based professional training courses.
  • Host seminars, workshops, live demonstrations and educational events.
  • Represent LYCON at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events across the UK.

  • Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and opening new training accounts.
  • Develop existing salon relationships and maximise customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Identify new revenue streams and opportunities to expand the education offering.
  • Increase awareness and attendance of LYCON training courses.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support wider company growth.
  • Provide telesales support when office based.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and product support.
  • Build lasting relationships with salons, therapists and other professional customers.
  • Produce professional presentations, reports and training materials using Microsoft Office.
  • Maintain expert and up-to-date knowledge of LYCON products and professional waxing techniques.
  • Support the wider Beauty Triangle team when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
