Head of Transformation Projects
Global Charity | Circa £80,000 | Remote or Hybrid
Are you a transformation professional who wants to use technology, innovation and change to make a meaningful global impact?
A leading international charity is seeking a Head of Transformation Projects to deliver high-profile global transformation initiatives. Working across areas including AI, digital transformation, operating model design, systems implementation and organisational change, you will help shape and deliver programmes that strengthen the organisation's ability to achieve its mission worldwide.
You will lead complex projects from concept through to implementation, working with stakeholders at Executive and Board level, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring lasting, measurable outcomes.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes, navigating complex stakeholder environments and driving technology-enabled change within global or similarly complex organisations.

Desired Skills and Experience
Are you an experienced transformation professional looking to deliver change on a global scale?
We're seeking a Head of Transformation Projects to lead complex, organisation-wide transformation programmes across areas including AI, digital transformation, technology implementation, operating model design and business change. Working with senior stakeholders across an international organisation, you'll drive initiatives from concept through to delivery, ensuring measurable and lasting outcomes.
We're particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have:
- A proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programmes within complex organisations
- Experience leading technology-enabled change, digital transformation or AI initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at executive level
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing change across multiple business areas
- Excellent programme governance, planning and delivery expertise

Charity sector experience is not required. We welcome applications from all sectors, including private, public and not-for-profit organisations. Experience working within a global organisation or international environment would be advantageous, but the most important factor is demonstrable success delivering complex transformation programmes at scale.
