Job Description
Head of Transformation role brings together transformation activity across global markets into a single, integrated delivery roadmap, ensuring programs of work are prioritised, governed and executed with clear outcomes, disciplined delivery practices and measurable business impact. AI and automation will form part of the transformation agenda, and this role will ensure these opportunities are assessed and mobilised as part of a broader global transformation portfolio. This role will also own and improve the project management capability and practice across Corporate Markets globally, establishing consistent standards, tools, governance, reporting and delivery capability to support high-quality execution across global markets and business lines.
- Develop and implement transformation strategies to meet business objectives.
- Identify, shape and prioritise transformation initiatives that improve client outcomes, operational effectiveness, scalability, risk management and commercial performance across the global business.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear transformation programs, business cases and delivery plans with defined outcomes, benefits, resourcing and accountabilities.
- Own and build out the project management capability and practice across Corporate Markets, establishing consistent standards, methods, tools, templates and delivery disciplines.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency.
- Monitor and report on the progress of transformation projects.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change programmes.
- Manage risks and address challenges related to transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout transformation projects.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Transformation should have:
- Extensive experience leading enterprise transformation, portfolio delivery, program management or business change functions within complex, global or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of technology-enabled transformation, including how process, data, automation, AI and operating model change can be used to deliver business outcomes.
- A solid understanding of operational processes and strategic planning.
- Demonstrated experience establishing portfolio governance, delivery rhythms, executive reporting and benefits realisation disciplines.
- Experience building or improving project management capability, including standards, frameworks, tools, templates and communities of practice.

What's on Offer
- A salary ranging from £140,000 to £160,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Standard benefits package.
- Permanent position based in Leeds.
