Lead Strategic Customer Mobilisation Across One of the UK's Largest Oracle Managed Services Practices

Working closely with Sales, Portfolio Directors, Service Delivery Managers, Technical Managers and Delivery teams, you will provide strategic leadership across complex transition programmes, driving operational readiness, governance, risk management and customer satisfaction.

Your focus will be to deliver controlled, low-risk and commercially successful transitions that establish long-term customer confidence from day one.

This is a highly visible leadership role, combining customer engagement, service delivery excellence, team leadership and commercial input. You will contribute to new business bids, transition planning and mobilisation strategies while helping to grow and mature Version 1's ASPIRE Managed Services practice.

You will:

  • Own the end-to-end transition lifecycle from contract award through to Business-as-Usual service operation.
  • Provide executive oversight across customer onboarding and service expansion programmes.
  • Ensure robust transition plans, governance structures, RAID management and communication plans are in place.
  • Lead Service Acceptance Criteria reviews and Go/No-Go decision-making activities.

  • Manage risks, issues and dependencies to ensure successful customer mobilisation.
  • Drive consistent delivery standards across all transition programmes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
