Head of Treasury
Recipharm is seeking a skilled Head of Treasury to oversee various aspects of its organization's treasury function. As Head of Treasury, you will be responsible for optimizing the company's cash flows, liquidity and debt and risk management. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient capital allocation, covenant compliance and implementing best treasury practices and optimizing the capital structure for exit.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional financial acumen, strategic thinking abilities, and a strong attention to detail.
Main Tasks and Areas of Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the company’s liquidity structure and levels to support the organization's operational and strategic objectives.
- Oversee and manage the company’s internal and external debt portfolio (banks, lenders, factoring etc) including in relation to covenants and reporting requirements.
- Oversee the management of the Group Factoring program.
- Manage the Group Cash flow forecasting process, using both Direct (including 13-week cash flow) and Indirect cash flow methods.
- Own the stakeholder reporting of key liquidity measures and performance.
- Develop and implement financial risk mitigation strategies and related policies and procedures (covering Foreign Exchange, Interest Rate and counterparty risks).

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g. CFA) would be a plus.
- Proven experience (10-15+ years) in treasury management, corporate finance, or banking.
- Strong knowledge of cash management and financial instruments and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Familiarity with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements, ideally within a PE-backed environment or investment banking.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders easily.

This is a remote position based in the UK.
