Position
The Head of Treasury is responsible for leading Vesta's global treasury function, ensuring effective cash management, liquidity planning, banking operations, financial risk management, and treasury governance across a diverse portfolio of software businesses. This role partners closely with the CFO, Finance Director, Business Unit leaders, and senior corporate stakeholders to optimise working capital, support acquisitions, maintain strong banking relationships, and ensure robust treasury controls across multiple jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will be a strategic and hands-on treasury professional with strong leadership capabilities, exceptional financial acumen, and experience operating within complex international organisations.
Job Responsibilities
Treasury & Cash Management
- Lead the Group's global treasury strategy, policies, and operating framework.
- Monitor and optimise liquidity across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
- Oversee cash positioning, cash pooling, intercompany funding, and working capital management activities.
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting processes.
- Ensure efficient management of daily treasury operations, payments, collections, and banking activities.
Banking & Financial Institutions
- Manage relationships with banking partners globally.
- Negotiate banking facilities, credit arrangements, fees, and treasury services.
- Oversee bank account management, signatory structures, and treasury controls.
- Support financing activities, including debt facilities, acquisitions, and corporate transactions.

Risk Management & Governance
- Develop and maintain treasury policies and internal control frameworks.
- Monitor foreign exchange, liquidity, counterparty, and operational treasury risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance requirements and regulatory obligations.
- Support internal and external audit processes relating to treasury.
Treasury Operations & Systems
- Drive standardisation and automation of treasury processes across the portfolio.
- Oversee treasury management systems, banking platforms, and payment technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and visibility of cash positions globally.
Strategic Finance Support
- Partner with Corporate Finance, M&A, and portfolio finance teams on acquisitions, integrations, and strategic projects.
- Provide treasury insight and analysis to senior leadership.
- Support capital allocation decisions and funding requirements across the business.
- Documentation and Compliance of M&A Activity and related payments.
Leadership
- Build, develop, and mentor the treasury team.
- Establish best practice treasury processes across the organization in an international environment (Globally, specially Europe, Latam and the UK).
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualification preferred.
- Extensive experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or financial management.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, cash forecasting, treasury controls, debt facilities, and multi-currency environments.
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within a global, multi-entity organisation is highly desirable.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
