Head of UHNW Client Development – International

Location: London Based – International Mandate

A rare opportunity for an established UHNW relationship professional to combine trusted private client relationships with international travel and an entrepreneurial growth mandate to lead new client acquisition.

About the Company

Our client is an established, financially strong international travel, events and investment company serving a selective portfolio of UHNW individuals, multigenerational families and family offices. Founded in 2013, the company holds the highest AAA credit rating and was included in the Financial Times FT1000 ranking as Europe's fastest growing high end travel company. It operates from Oslo, London, Zürich and Singapore.

The Role

You will take a leading role in expanding the company's UHNW client base in the UK and internationally, opening doors, establishing trust and converting opportunities into long-term clients.

You will work alongside an experienced international team of senior travel experts, each responsible for intentionally fewer clients. This allows more time for independent advice, detailed preparation and personal attention. Direct relationships with leading hotel and lodge management provide preferred room placement, priority for upgrades and access to sought-after experiences. Clients benefit from continuity, 24/7 concierge support and expertise in gastronomy, wine, art and culture.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
