Business Growth & Commercial Leadership
- Own and deliver the UK Creator Marketing growth strategy.
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across existing and prospective clients.
- Expand creator services into priority growth sectors including consumer, technology, healthcare, finance, B2B and corporate communications.
- Lead creator marketing components of major pitches and integrated agency proposals.
- Drive expansion of creator services across key UK clients including Microsoft, Meta, Mars, Unilever, PayPal and other priority accounts.
- Build new revenue streams through creator consultancy, creator communities, social influence, creator intelligence and creator-led innovation programmes.
Strategic Client Leadership
- Serve as senior creator advisor to the UK senior leadership team at Edelman.
- Develop creator-first communications strategies that integrate earned, owned, shared and paid channels.
- Lead development of future-facing creator approaches spanning social commerce, employee advocacy, corporate creators, executive influence, creator communities and creator-led cultural participation.
- Ensure all creator programmes are grounded in measurable business outcomes and robust performance frameworks.
- Raise the strategic standard of creator work across the UK business.

Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, inspire and develop a diverse team of creator specialists.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation and commercial impact.
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment and succession planning to ensure the team can support current and future demand.
- Coach future leaders and create clear development pathways across all levels.
- Foster strong collaboration with creator specialists across the EMEA regions.
Integration & Agency Leadership
- Drive integration between creator, social, media, paid, analytics, creative and corporate teams.
- Ensure creator expertise is embedded within major client briefs, campaigns and agency planning processes.
- Partner with sector leaders across Consumer, Health, Corporate, Technology and B2B to expand creator opportunities.
- Champion creator marketing internally as a strategic business growth driver.
Innovation & Industry Leadership
- Establish Edelman as a recognised thought leader in creator marketing.
- Build intellectual property, proprietary methodologies, POVs and industry-leading frameworks.
- Maintain expertise across platform developments, emerging creator behaviours, AI, social commerce, creator intelligence and cultural trends.
- Build strategic relationships with creators, platforms, talent agencies and industry partners.
- Represent Edelman at industry events, conferences and client leadership forums.

Operational Excellence
- Ensure outstanding delivery standards, profitability and client satisfaction across all creator programmes.
- Drive continuous improvement in creator operations, measurement, governance and ways of working.
- Build scalable systems and processes that support sustainable growth.
- Ensure effective resource allocation, forecasting and operational planning across the UK team.
