London | Recruitment & Technology Solutions | Leadership

Templeton & Partners is looking for a Head of UK & Rest of World to lead one of the most diverse areas of our international business. This is not a traditional “manage a recruitment floor” role.

You will be responsible for bringing together our commercial and delivery capability across the UK, Europe and USA, leading through four key client-facing leaders and mobilising a wider team of Client Development Managers, 360 Consultants and Delivery Consultants.

The opportunity is centered around a strong existing platform. We already work with around 20 enterprise clients where global MSAs are in place, giving the successful person the opportunity to focus on expanding relationships, increasing account penetration and building a coordinated approach across multiple countries.

Our international infrastructure is already established, with entities and offices across the UK, US, Netherlands, France, Switzerland and Poland, alongside a multilingual team covering the key European markets.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and develop four client-facing leaders responsible for key international markets
  • Create alignment and accountability across a geographically and functionally diverse team
  • Mobilise Client Development, 360 and Delivery teams around existing enterprise accounts
  • Build clear account strategies across our global MSA client base
  • Identify opportunities to expand into new countries, business units and technology areas within existing clients
  • Drive commercial performance while maintaining a strong focus on quality, delivery and client relationships
  • Create energy, structure and consistency across the wider team
  • Work closely with the global leadership team on growth strategy, performance and market development
  • Champion effective use of CRM, data, automation and AI tools to improve visibility and commercial decision-making

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
