Head of UK Sales
Location: Remote within the UK, with national travel for internal and external meetings
Salary: Circa £65,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Reporting to: Director of UK & International Sales

About the role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of UK Sales to lead our UK mid-market sales operation and play a key role in growing our reach across the UK. Leading sales development, new business acquisition and account growth, you will shape and deliver our UK mid-market sales strategy and build a high-performing, customer-focused sales operation.
You will ensure our teams have the right capability, structure and ways of working to deliver strong and sustainable commercial performance. Working closely with the Director of UK & International Sales and as a member of our Senior Management Team, you will influence how our sales operation evolves. You will lead sales planning, forecasting and performance, using customer and market insight to identify opportunities, strengthen our approach and improve how we attract, develop and retain customers.

We are also looking for a strong people leader, someone who enjoys developing others, brings clarity and accountability, and creates an environment where teams can collaborate, perform and succeed.
What You Will Bring
- Proven experience leading multi-functional B2B sales teams across new business acquisition, account development and growth
- Strong commercial and strategic leadership skills, with experience developing and delivering successful sales strategies
- A track record of delivering revenue growth and achieving commercial targets
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including sales forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management and performance analysis
- Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams, including in a remote environment
- Strong Salesforce CRM and sales reporting capability, with the confidence to turn data and insight into action
- An interest in and understanding of how AI and emerging technologies can be used to improve sales effectiveness, efficiency and customer experience
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders
- A collaborative approach and experience working across functions such as Marketing, Operations and Product to improve customer and commercial outcomes
- Experience supporting complex commercial opportunities, negotiations, proposals and tenders
- The ability to lead through change, challenge established ways of working and continuously look for opportunities to improve

Experience in health and safety, wellbeing, sustainability or a related sector, or within a purpose-led or membership organisation, would be an advantage but is not essential. Above all, we are looking for someone who brings commercial drive together with a genuine focus on customers and people, and who is excited to reach more organisations and increase our impact through sustainable growth.
